Free Coffee Offer — Terms and Conditions
By claiming a free coffee, you accept these terms.
1. The offer
1.1. The Promoter is giving away up to 1,000 free coffees per participating café each campaign quarter.
1.2. Free coffees are redeemed on each café's nominated redemption day, during its normal trading hours.
2. Who can claim
2.1. The offer is open to anyone who can claim it in person at a participating café.
3. How to claim your free coffee
3.1. Scan the QR code at a participating café and complete the entry form (name, phone, email).
3.2. You will receive an entry number. Show it to café staff to receive your free coffee. Staff will mark the number as redeemed — each number can be used once.
3.3. Limit of one free coffee per person at each participating café, identified by email address and phone number. Claiming at one café does not stop you claiming at another.
3.4. Free coffees are available while each café's quarterly allocation of 1,000 lasts, and subject to each café's availability. No cash alternative.
3.5. Once a café's quarterly allocation is exhausted, the offer ends at that café until the next quarter.
4. Hearing from us
4.1. Ticking the offers box on the entry form means you agree to receive occasional offers from local businesses via Brands In Hands. It is optional — you get your free coffee either way.
4.2. The optional profile questions are used only to keep those offers relevant to you.
4.3. You can unsubscribe from any message we send, at any time.
5. General
5.1. The Promoter may verify the identity and eligibility of claimants and disqualify incomplete, duplicate, automated, or fraudulent entries.
5.2. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss arising from the offer, including technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
5.3. Personal information collected is handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.
5.4. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
