The Role

This is a face-to-face, door-to-door B2B sales role. You will be meeting café owners, managers, and local business decision-makers in person to introduce the Brands in Hands concept and secure partnerships.

This is not a desk job. This is not cold emailing. This is for someone comfortable starting real conversations and closing deals on the spot.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit cafés and local businesses in assigned areas
• Present the Brands in Hands value proposition clearly and confidently
• Build rapport with café owners, managers, and decision-makers
• Secure café participation and advertiser interest
• Collect accurate business details and follow-up information
• Hit weekly activity and conversion targets
• Represent the brand professionally at all times

• Self-motivated and disciplined without supervision
• Strong work ethic and accountability
• Sales, hospitality, or customer-facing experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to explain a simple concept clearly without overselling
